They have a 15 minute late policy and I arrived 15 minutes late and didn’t see me for a gel manicure!! Super rude!! Never again going to this place due to the Terrible job they did previously my nail polish was off in 3 days! And now they refuse seeing me.

Yes but they actually use a different system than spa chairs. They have fancy tufted chairs and there is a container filled with water (which is lined). They have you pick a scented saltz for it and put the water right in front of you in a fancy ceramic pitcher. I would take this over a massaging spa chair a hundred times over. It feels very pampering.
