** WARNING ** Horrible library attendants especially the young, heavyset guy who acts as a drill sergeant each and every time I have visited this location… literally harassing customers one by one at the computers, then proceeding to forcefully push a chair that was in its normal spot right next to me so hard into the computer desk I was using, it shook the entire furniture while I was quietly at my computer. The guy is flat-out aggressive and has been so repeatedly and unprovoked, even when his services have not been solicited. Unacceptable. A total brut with no etiquette whatsoever, let alone customer service. His behavior was brought to management’s attention previously and now this employee is passive aggressive and goes out of his way to actually target customers. Shameful. They don’t care about the type of people they hire or customer service they provide. No employee should act this way in any setting but in a library, it is that much more baffling. I shouldn’t feel unsafe and creeped out at my local library. Inadmissible. As I chose to leave and looked up from my computer in his direction, I noticed him staring me down then quickly looking away. There is no doubt in my mind that any customer would immediately pick out the employee in question as he makes everyone uncomfortable as witnessed during visits at this location, which have become few and far between… usually only on days other libraries close at 6pm vs 9pm. Despite this, he managed to go out of his way to make my rare visit disagreeable, to put it lightly. Troublesome. This is reference for police as well if ever needed because I don’t put anything past this type of individual. I have worked with law enforcement in the past myself and know all too well that it is not normal behavior, although anyone would know this. It is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review to alert others. This time it is not getting removed.
