DO NOT RENT !! I booked for a toddler birthday party 1 month ahead of time for a pavilion at a park - expecting the play scape & pool entry . When I arrived the day of the play scape was entirely GONE . No notice was given what so ever!! The PARK RANGER was extremely RUDE demanding to view picnic permit & to move vehicle in which I was unloading multiple times after another park ranger had already viewed the permit and had given permission to unload once finished to park vehicle in parking lot. I still decided to keep the party going & that’s when I noticed that all 3 GRILLS had enormous holes in the middle of each . Since I kept the party with all problems they denied my refund amount ! NEVER RENT FROM EAST HARTFORD PARKS & REC HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
