Please stay away from brookside commons apartment. Apartment is infected with mold and they also have centipedes crawling in their heaters. I was able to set my thermostat meant to 95 all winter it was always hot. leasing agent Stacy is very rude and very unprofessional I wonder why such a person works there and property is very badly managed by iris Martinez she is very rude as well meaintaince does nothing to help you . Below pictures shows how a their maintenance guy forgot to close our vents after we call to complain about the heat not working.. I also have pictures of a mice I caught with my own trap after maintenance told us they blocked all holes that will lead to mice coming into our apartment. All they do is lie and never get anything done. Stacy and Iris should both be fired they are not fit for their job. Please stay away from brookside apartment had mold. When I sent them pictures of everything that hasn’t been done and how inhabitant the apartment is they did nothing about it. I decided to move out when my lease ended and they made sure to take almost half my security deposit and said we had red stains on carpet. I never had a pet and carpet was left very clean. On top of been unprofessional they are thieves that lie very bad. Lease stay away from Brookside because this apartment needs to be shut down permanently

I've lived here going on 7 years.... I can say my kids love it here & as I do. Maintenance is & always been on point. With Ms. Iris & Ms. Stacey on the job I can't ask for better❤

Horrible management. They charge you for stupid stuff like stickers on the wall that are easy to peel off. Empty trash bags so you won’t get all of your security deposit back. They have mice and cockroaches. Stacy Front office lady is rude and Iris don’t know how to do her job correctly.
