Who will hold your deposit and charge your card months later for fraudulent and absurd reasons instead of contacting the insurance company when your the victim, who was rear ended !!! My husband and I rented a car for the weekend to drive to Pittsburg for the To see the Steelers vs Patriots game. The rental and return process was quick and smooth and the staff (Travis and Brendan) was very personable and professional. We will definitely rent from the East Hartford location again.

I couldn't tell you that all I can tell you is they give good service no matter who works there the excellent at what they do they do have some great cars for rent.
It's right off the boulevard. Sales has an entrance both on the boulevard and on the side street, but rental is just on the side street.
