If you are looking for someone super knowledgeable, honest and professional then Tom Crudele is your guy. He knows a lot about most home repairs/upgrades, and he is definitely a perfectionist. He will give you all the options, with pros, cons, costs etc. He made a recommendation for repairing rot on my detached storage house that was very inexpensive, looks great and will hold up just as well as a much more costly option. Already found out he can help me out with a few other things he noticed just walking thru the house and I will be calling him again in the future.
