It's 11:15 and you open at 11, and still no signs of opening anytime soon. I understand it's 15 minutes right now but the inconvenience of driving out here and waiting 30 minutes for you to open up and you either don't have employees or aren't responsible enough as a business to open on time. My guess would be it depends on how long it was on hold for, as well as the popularity of the product. If it's the last copy of a very high-demand game in store, well, they have a business to run. Their website also delivers to home or to store, and is easy and convenient to use. Hope this helps, and I hope your son enjoys his Christmas
