Just went to the drive thru. I ordered a double with ketsup, no cheese and a lrg baconator fries. Twice she repeated it back to me and I had to correct her that I didn't want a cheeseburger. Then when I finally got to the window to pay she would not great me or look at me and when I got my order it was a double cheeseburger w/o ketsup and what looks like a small baconator fries. The burger patties are 1/2 the size they used to be. This is the worst service I have had in a very long time.

Prices change daily for the same items. I was told because I didn't tell them how to ring it up the cheapest way. They see you at the drive thru and do not take your order. Manager is nice but he doesn't have good help.
