I am appalled at the way I was treated on what will be my LAST visit to Adelas Salon. I had been going to Adelas for about a year seeing Flor. On Aug. 31st I had an appt. to have my hair colored before going on vacation. When I arrived, I was told my appt. had been cancelled. I was given no explanation as to why it was cancelled and Flor made no attempt to accommodate me that day. After reluctantly making another appt. I had assumed I would be given the utmost respect and attention on this return visit. I was wrong. After Flor applied color/foils, I was asked to sit and wait for processing. I noticed Flor sitting in the back at the nail station. While I was waiting, Flor asked 2 different stylists in the salon to check my color. They clearly didnt know the color I wanted to achieve. When quite some time had passed, she had asked a young girl, who was working in the salon, to remove foils, rinse and wash my hair. This girl could speak no English which made it very difficult to communicate with her on how comfortable the water temp. was. As I lay there watching Flor at the manicure station, I was becoming very upset. Once returning to Flors station for the comb out, she made no comment or apology for her actions. I have many options in the area for hair salons. I paid a high price for a service to be treated with such disregard and no respect. I value Google reviews when I select where to spend my hard earned wages. I will be certain to inform my family, friends and neighbors in the Apex area of such a disrespectful service I was given at Adelas Salon.

I’ve been coming to Adela’s salon for several years now, and Flor has been amazing every time I go. I wouldn’t change her for nothing! She is very sweet and professional, and makes you feel comfortable and relax. I always receive compliments about my hair. This is a great salon and I would recommend it 100%.

I have used Adela's Salon several times, and I continue coming back because I love them, especially Flora. She is a sweet person, owner of the business and she does a very good job! The salon is located in an excellent plaza where you can find bakery, Starbucks, First Watch and many more wonderful business. :)
