Many of the staff at the Reserve really show deep concern for residents. I've been impressed by the level of care provided for my parents. I've also found that if there is a problem, I've not had an issue sharing my feedback and receiving a prompt response. Pam and Renee work very hard to keep high standards for residents of Memory care.

Memory Care at this place is one scary place to leave your loved ones. I observed rude, loud, cold, reckless staff esp. the morning shift. We called them Couple from Hell. Most incidents happens on their shifts. Be careful about this tandem. Residents here tends to end up worse than when they first enter the facility. They let weak seniors walk outdoors unattended and leave then exposed to heat for hours. The first couple of weeks, they will impress you with their action pack activities..after that it's downhill from there. Here's what to watch up for: "once they tell you that your loved one is starting to be combative and physical to them. Watch very closely. Watch out for bruises, cuts, falls, lesions all over their body because they rarely call the family nor write incident report when it happens. RUN. We did.
