I am dissatisfied with the service at AllSouth for the inconvenience of no ATM deposit. I work late and the bank is closed. I would need to transfer my account to a bank that would accommodate my needs after business hours. Please offer ATM deposits again that would benefit us all so we can continue doing business with you.

I applied for a loan at AllSouth and they denied me and told me to come back in 6 months because I moved here for a new job. Came back 6 months late and was denied again. Applied at Caro Credit Union and have revived the absolute best customer service and received not one, but two loans and I’ll also be financing my mortgage with them. AllSouth treats you like a “big bank” would and is nothing that you would want in a credit union. Run don’t walk, over to Caro.
