I can’t even express how frustrating this business is to deal with. We purchased a hot tub from them. It took 9 months for it to be delivered (with them holding thousands in deposit money and poor communication). The cover is defective and fills with water making it so heavy it can’t be moved and rendering the hot tub unusable. Jack Oliver’s response to our request for warranty service has been to dismiss the issue, refuse to help, and deny that the cover is under warranty despite the fact that we have the warranty in writing. They have been very rude to my sweet 84 year old mother and are trying to take advantage of her. Dealing with these unprofessional people has been a nightmare. We’ve tried communicating directly with Hot Springs, the manufacturer and that is no better. Their warranty and promises aren’t worth the paper they are printed on when the business designated to deliver the service is useless.

We came here when other pool stores couldn't help us- when cleaning our pool filter, the filter drain cap cracked meaning we were dead in the water until we could replace the cap. A week to ship it was the best we could get elsewhere and we didn't want stagnant water for a week. We tried Jack Oliver's (third place we tried) and while they didn't have a new part on hand, David found the cap we needed in their spare parts- completely saving the day! Such helpful, knowledgeable service. I will absolutely drive the few extra miles for all our pool needs from now on.
