Has a few tools to loan out that other auto parts stores do not. That's the only reason I come here; for the majority of parts I go to another parts store.

We went there to get a battery and the kid said he could test it, we already knew it was the battery, it was raining, and the kid had my husband shut it off saying he could jump us if it didn't start, needless to say, he wouldn't install a new battery because it was raining and we couldn't get it started again and he wouldn't help us like he said he would. Thank God for Walmart they did a great job, got us right in and now we are good. Oh did I mention we live 5 hours away. Worst customer service, I will probably never go to another O'Reilly store again.
