Great stay!! Our site was large and beautifully shaded with woods between sites. Very private-feeling. It was nice to be able to buy firewood and ice right at the park entrance. Lovely beach just a short drive, but bring along your swim shoes... gravel on edge of water was hard on the feet! We'll be back!!

Would be five stars but the boating was pretty green water. Campsite was very nice. Campground and hiking trails were great. The beach looked unswimmable and maybe that's because of the time of the year.

Great campground with lots of trees between the spaces. Very nice "authentic" camping feel. The bike trails are great for the entire family. We went the second week of October and the leaves were amazing!

Questions & Answers

Do the electric sites here also have water hookups? If not is there potable water at the campground to fill fresh water tanks?

There is a lake next to the campgrounds and the you can go to the beach on the lake.
