I would give no star if possible. I am sorry to say that I have used this company for over 7 years and they don't care about their clients!!! I pay over 435.00 every pair of glasses with the warranty, and they don't want to honor the warranty or replace the lens. They said my prescription expired with no notice! Instead of trying to retain a customer they tell me "sorry I can't help you". I will never use them again, after referring several family and friends to them. What ever happened to caring about your client??? I would not recommend them to anyone ever again.

I was really hoping that the staff would be half way knowledgeable about their product. I hate going into a business where the staff could care less about you or their job. I could not be more happy with the staff here. Sarah is a star here . She had all the answers to the questions my friend and I asked her. She was friendly and professional. We never felt pressured or hassled about ow much we could spend. She worked within our budget. She is Great !!! Great place and the rest of the staff are awesome!!

First time here and doctor was so very nice and made me feel so comfortable. Staff is very nice but unfortunately when I went to pick up my glasses they put them in wrong frame. Even so, I was so happy that I could see so I recommended my husband go. We arrived two minutes late and manager told me we had to reschedule cuz we were 10 mins late and I told her we were waiting to be attended to for 8 minutes and was only two minutes late due to traffic. She was very rude but allowed him to stay and see the doctor. We ordered the glasses with all bells and whistles and waited for his glasses to arrive. Initially my husband said the glasses were blurry and I thought it was cuz he was getting used to them but as time went on he kept complaining about them more and more. We made an appointment but I had to cancel and someone called me to reschedule and told me they would fix the glasses at no charge. Happily we went to the store and the manager was there and I explained that the glasses I had were fine but his were scratched and completely blurry after a few months. She looked at them and said it looked like our dog had bit them and I explained that we don’t have a dog and she said that although we purchased scratch proof it’s not a guarantee and I asked about them being blurry and she said it was our problem. I explained we had purchased glasses so he could see better. She passed us onto an gentlemen to help and he informed us that the reflective shield was coming off and I explained that maybe it was defective and he said it was our fault and our problem and that he couldn’t help. Alas, we are minus $300 cash and had glasses that never worked. Update: I contacted corporate office and they were extremely helpful and replaced the glasses at no extra charge and confirmed that the glasses were defective. We really appreciate the outcome. I will leave one star review because of the horrible way we were treated by the manager at the Westminster store. Recommend customer service training for this employee. We shouldn’t of had to jump thru so many hoops to get glasses that we paid for.

I was so impressed with the thorough exams, the help to pick out glasses as the selection is huge. The time they all took, never felt rushed. Thank you Valarie for picking such good glasses for me. David, thank you too for adjusting them to perfection and answering all my questions. Thank you Valarie & David, and the remainder staff for being so good.
