The staff here is rude and unacceptable. Wouldn't recommend to bring your clothes here to sell as they don't go thru the whole bag just pick out 2 or 3 items they don't take the time to go thru everything throughly. Everything I brought was good brand clothing and very well taken care of. I recommend going to Plato's at South Coast Plaza instead of this location.

Rude customer service would not tell anyone to come here specifically. No variation in clothing as all have lack of style sense other than the basic skinny white woman.

GO TO SOUTH COAST PLATOS The girls who work at this Plato's closet are rude and just stand around. Costumer service is horrible here and attitudes are off the charts. When I first walked in I was met with side eyes from all three girls working, no hello at all. I then proceeded to wait patiently for them to come help me at the counter while they talked about helping me and continued to not and literally ignore me for the next three minutes. Only 1 out of 3 girls were actually working. When I was finally helped I was met with a rude attitude And blank face. Was then told that it would take 20 to 25 minutes for my clothes to be processed, it ended up taking over an hour... Whoever is hiring these 18-year-old rude girls needs to reevaluate. An adult needs to manage here. This will also help with the lack of variety of chosen clothes at the store. Not everyone who walks through the front door is looking to dress exactly as the workers are. A variety of staff equals a variety of clothes and options, not the same five pieces I continue to see and the same five unwelcoming people.absolutely ridiculously ran business. This isn’t my first time having an issue with the horrible costumer service at this store. Girls, being rude isn't cute! Will never come back and encourage others to do the same. I really enjoyed this location in H.B. which has only been open since May 2017. They have a clean, organized store and the team member who assisted me was friendly and processed my items I was selling quickly. In comparison to the Santa Ana store (different owner) it has adopted a tech friendly system including a rewards program that gives a point for each dollar spent as a customer and a point for evey dollar they buy your items for! Happily returning soon.
