I've stayed here 3 times over two years (with more scheduled). Great place, incredibly clean! Predominantly RVs/campers, but we are tent campers and never had an issues. Love that it is right on the lake. Water and electric hookups for each site were in good working condition as well. Yeah, there are a bunch of political flags but they aren't overly bothersome. Three stays in so far with more this summer and likely summers in the future.

The campground has multiple political flags, Bay Shore itself, not just the people camping. The last thing one wants to see when trying to escape and relax is a giant political flag at the main gate along with multiple other flags on poles …The rules are presented prior to arrival-unfortunately many have a low reading proficiency as well as inability listening to the staff while making reservations. The staff describe in detail to customers policy and procedure multiple times. Bay Shore is a Democrat Socialist Free Zone!! Trump Won!!!

I'm not completely sure of what they offer, but we did see a couple tent campers during our visit....beautiful campground and great amenities!!!

No floats of any kind permitted in pool. No floats built in suits. You hang on to small children. We have found in the past children float into the deeper waters unattended. We have had no problems with the current policy.

We do have tent sites. You can put your tent up on any site with water and electric $44 per night. Or we have a very nice primitive area $40 a night.
It's only open seasonally, and rates start at $2000 and go up from there.
