They lost my package. I’ve driven there twice now about my package and they take my number every time claiming they will look for it and call me. Enough is enough. Stop lying because I have been quite nice about all of this. I am quite disgruntled because I’m being brushed off.

I had the worst experience dealing with UPS! I was supposed to get a package for someone’s birthday and never received it. When I went to track it, it said that the address was incorrect which it wasn’t! I verified it with the sender and UPS and it was correct. But whoever these ignorant people are that UPS hires, instead of trying to find the apartment they will just put down that the address is incorrect or incomplete. For a week I called every other day and received calls from a supervisor saying that it was out for delivery or that it was on the truck and that it would be there the following day. This happened three times. Finally after over a week I check the tracking and they sent it back to the sender! Every employee that I spoke to was so incompetent and ignorant it was maddening and absolutely unacceptable. UPS is the worst carrier service!! I never had this problem with Amazon or FedEx!

My package was supposed to be delivered the 2nd. They said they were 3 days behind and the system had a power outing...I pray we all get our packages and find closure.

This place is horrible worst customer service worst delivery service fire every one there and start over look like nothing but crackheads in there controlling your packages that you spent your money on they really probably trying to steal your items for them to know what's exactly in your packages

Yes, you can drop off at this location. You can also pack your shipment here. The staff is very helpful.

Tracking number and I paid for my meds to be overnight and shipped June 6th..still nothing... Somebody lost or stolen the box.
You would have to go up there and talk to the supervisor/manager? They will give you information on the route driver and their supervisor
Call the UPS customer service line. They'll be able to tell you EXACTLY what's going on with your package. After I called they told me mine couldnt be delivered due to it being a PO box. They told me it was being held to pick up at this location.
