Call the UPS customer service line. They'll be able to tell you EXACTLY what's going on with your package. After I called they told me mine couldnt be delivered due to it being a PO box. They told me it was being held to pick up at this location.
They usually mean 9 pm so look and see if they have that . My experience I think it is always evening for the actual projected time of day. If not I would call them to clarify. Good luck. Jacki
