I got the best response by going to the UPS Facebook page and messaging them
I never got a refund for my package I paid to overnight $55.05. it was suppose to arrive in Friday and it didn't show up until afternoon time in Monday.
I visit the location on Pleasantdale a couple of days ago they were very busy but they all help everyone that was there we had over 50 packages to go out one employee was working the front and took the time and finish the job in the timely manner the others that was there was always assisting other people as soon as they walked in even with a language barrier they was able to help everyone they did the best they can at this very busy time of the year
