My daughter's account was erroneously merged with someone else's name. When bills were sent to us in the other person's name, of course we didn't open it. The next time we went in, they said we owed a balance that was overdue and sent to collections with a $70.95 fee added. When I asked if they could refund the fee because the accounts should've never been merged, I was told tough luck. Never going back to this place. We've been going for years with no problems until now.

Absolutely, hands down, the worst experience of thus sort I have ever had!!! The nurse that helped me was the most incompetent, unprofessional, and unfriendly person, I have come into contact with, in quite a while!! Everyone else i interacted with including front desk was very professional and nice, I will add, but that hardly makes up for the rude and horrible experience I had with my so called nurse.. Thanks! 😊

I am not sure, as I do have insurance, just call the Office and they will be glad to tell you! Please note go early in the morning, they open at 8am. All the Physicians are very good and thorough!
