Yes, they charge as a primary care with most insurances. Example, my co-pay with my primary doctor is $35.00. The times I've been to Urgent MD with the same insurance, I had the same co-pay of $35.00. Places like MED NOW are higher ($60 for my co-pay) as I believe they charge more like an ER.
