I cannot attest to the quality of their service but Manager Ray Magness (obviously relative of owner Scott Magnness) was beyond obnoxious. Shockingly entitled and obviously not in need of any business. Scott should be ashamed to employ him. My husband called to purchase a new gas fireplace and made the error of not correctly saving their email. When he called back to get it again, Ray started berating him saying " I already gave you this email and you sounded like you wrote it down. Now you want me to give it to you again? You are wasting my time?" When I grabbed the phone to ask him to stop being loud and rude and my husband had just been released from the hospital and that we just wanted to buy a fire place. He actually went on saying "I gave him the email already and you're wasting my time." I then said let's just order this. I asked for his full name and email and refused to give me his last name. Upset that I asked his last name (which is Magness from the website) he yelled " MAAM MAAM I CANT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU." I asked if he was the owner and he said "I'm Ray. I'm the manager" That's ok Scott Magness I'll upgrade my three indoor gas fire places and two outdoor with another company that doesn't have an angry unprofessional relative managing things. **Please take the time to read "Angry Ray's" reply below. In fact take time to read all his angry customer blaming replies to any negative reviews, as they are perfect examples of his behavior on the phone today. Ray and Scott Magness I have never written a review before. Ray Magness your insane reaction to us needing you to repeat your email address freaked out everyone listening in my home so much, that I had to write this. Funny thing, we aren't "difficult" clients as we just like to order quickly, pay and have our builder install. We let our builder deal with the order now, so as to avoid any other "Angry Ray's". We now await your angry customer insulting reply.

Did not want to provide me with help that was requested. Lazy about customer service and best answer was "I don't know" when he is "supposed" to be a fireplace expert.

Yes we have an electric log, as well as, electric fireplaces by Amantii. Please come in and we can take a look at the literature here in our showroom.
