I don’t really complain much but this Zaxby’s has absolutely the worst service! Me and my girlfriend used to come here alot but they have gone down hill and we no longer go to this location anymore due to the workers being high on weed or some type of drug. When we ordered food here they messed up our order and we specifically told them no seasoning on the fries 3 TIMES !!! My girlfriend is pregnant and she can’t eat fries with seasoning on the fries, and the guy told us “Yes sir we have that down on the order” and I said “okay, thank you” and then we got home the order was incorrect after telling them 3 multiple time.

It is sad but I can honestly say the food has gone downhill and the Zaxbys in Lexington near Lowes Hardware is cutting their costs at the expense of the consumer.

This place is generally always good, but the employees (various ones each time we go) need to learn how to smile and greet customers. At least Chick-fil-A takes the time to smile and greet their patrons.
