I would give Brittany and Misty 50 stars. They’re the only ones that care to help you!! Two days I went for my package, neither day Adam could find it, finally on the third day after Adam could not find it again Brittany found it. I had spoken with Tonya who was very rude and didn’t really try to help so if not for Brittany I would not have gotten my package! Our carrier is even worse said my other package had the wrong zip code and would have returned it, thankfully Misty searched until she found it, package had the correct zip code!!

Adam the guy in the reception is rude!!! He didn't even let me finish my staement before saying NO. I have a package too huge to be sent to my home and I called customer service and I was instructed to puck it up in their store. He told me that it should be with amazon. He didn't even tried to check the package. Good thing I was assisted by Brittany and gave me my package. The whole experience is horrible. These people obviously doesn't like their job and could ruin customers day.

This post office refuses to deliver my packages to my house. They get an attitude when I stop by to pick them up like I'm bothering them when I have to force time to stop by since I work everyday they are open longer than they are open.

I would second the review submitted by another customer--love our M-F delivery person, but the weekends are another matter! My packages get consistently delivered to another home in the area with the same house number but a completely different street name???? How difficult is it to look at the address on the package as you put it in the mailbox ... is it even the correct street? I am unsure how to get these concerns to management's attention as I work full time and don't have the 30-40 minutes to wait in line to see a postal worker. It would be helpful if the staff would answer the phone during the hours the location is open.

Yes for about the last 2 weeks. Even the items in my informed delivery emails telling me what is coming that day don't show up. Then after 3 days go by I get a lot of mail then nothing again for a few days.
I wouldn't jump to the conclusion of the package being stolen. All priority mail comes with tracking, you can check the status at usps.com or you can call your local post office and they can also check for you. This I reccomend as your 1st step in locating your package.

If it's about not getting your mail, it's a nationwide problem. Here in Red Bank they have 30 less delivery drivers than normal, so they're delivering mail on certain days.
Sign up for informed delivery, then you can e-mail them when mail doesnt show up in 5 days. Hope this helps.
Don't write fragile on it next time. Post office workers abuse packages even more when it says fragile. Also... Have the person or company wrap it better next time of the still decide to stamp fragile on it.
If the package has a signature requirement and you got a pink piece of paper saying "sorry we missed you." then u can to go to the post office to get it, or you can sign the back of the pink slip and put it in the mailbox for the package to be redelivered.
