I hate to be negative, but the customer service is horrible. The young techs have no personality and are down-right rude.

Very easy, just call the publix pharmacy and tell them you want to transfer to them. They will get some info and take care of it from there. I love Publix pharmacy... they are friendly and helpful and the service is quick and they have a drive thru.
