The rudest employees I have ever encountered. Not interested in helping you at all if you have a problem. I’m so tired of getting packages crammed into my teeny tiny lock box that I cannot get them out. Package pickup requests are completely ignored and when I make the drive to the PO the package drop box is ALWAYS “out of order” Privatized mail sounds pretty good right now.

I don't care what people color but need to be nice to all .black lady not nice every time l sent package .

One of the counter clerks lacks professionalism and customer service. She displays a very bad attitude, she’s very rude, doesn’t greet customers, doesn’t tell the customer next in line - she just stares at you as if she can’t speak. When I addressed the problem she tried to defend her behavior, rolls her eyes and looks away - as in this conversation is over. If working with customers is a problem she needs to be reassigned elsewhere. I’ll be sure to notify the postmaster of her poor work performance. The other clerk was very kind and professional and tried to clear the air.

This post office is close to my home. The employees act like they have all day, even if there is a long line. I had a return package today. The large sized woman employee never said a word to me. I must have had my invisibility cloak on. She did speak with the other employee behind the counter. Otherwise, the female mail carrier that delivers mail to my house is great.
