Will NOT answer the phone. Will NOT send any type of warning or disconnection notice. I had no clue the services were going to be disconnected until I returned home with no running water. Paid the entire bill immediately and attempted to contact them. Email was clearly the ONLY option. Paid my invoice and was told it could take until 5pm. Please hire customer service representatives that want to work, will perform the necessary job duties, and will simply answer the phone.

This company is a sham they overcharge for service and will disconnect your services if your bill is paid. Stephanie Morton has horrid customer service. I tried explaining to her what her associates explained to me about the service and she made it her point to not listen and disregard what I was explaining to her. The monthly utility bill is extremely high and they will not inform you if the automatic payment didn’t process from a system error. Good luck if you’re required to use them like me!

Can't get them to Answer the phone, bill has gone up $60 in less then 2 yrs. Bill used to be 45-50 per month for only water. Now its $100+ for water only. We have Septic for waste.

Without any notice ahead of time or when maintenance showed up and saw two cars in the drive they scheduled our meter to be changed, requiring our water to be shut off while we were home. After he was done he left a mess for me to clean and fix.

Dont know for sure i was working in theyre building but im sure they have an email number you can call
Sounds like you have a water heater issue. You sound contact someone who can repair or you may need to replace it.
