Today March 25th was my 1st visit. I applied, heard back within 2 weeks. They scheduled me in 2 weeks later. So today was the day. Very quick. My visit was very thorough, very professional, took care of all my questions, concerns and received top notch care. I can't be any happier.

It is literally impossible to try and get these people on the phone. I'm not sure if they have the wrong number listed or what. Go ahead, call and see what you get. Nothing but an automated prompt that leads to nothing. I can't even schedule an appointment. It's ridiculous.

This place sucks! They are not letting family members go in, even though they know my family member has Parkison's and dementia. Do yourself a favor and go to a real private doctor.

Systems Failures from myhealthyvet communication, pharmacy ordering online, by phone and or via inpatient pharmacy dept, to home health care getting paid, to pre-arranged transportation to nursing and PC lack of follow up. I don't matter.
