The check in/check out staff is very friendly and helpful. My practitioner, as well as my counselor are very friendly, they make sure I understand what prescriptions I have, and what they're used for. They really take time to explain everything, and they answer any questions that I have.🥰

Been to this office a total of three times. The first time to see Dr. Patel. I sat in the room waiting to be seen for two entire hours. I walk to the nurses station and tell them I have to pick up my children and it’s been two hours. They tell me to reschedule. The second time I see dr. Docherty. He’s awesome. Told me that he’s pretty sure what I’m experiencing is psoriatic arthritis. I’m in pain and my skin on my hands and feet are peeling off to the point where I can hardly walk. Gives me meds and tells me that he’s going to put a referral in for dermatology. I get blood work done three months later and my liver enzymes are high. At the appointment he told me that he would change the meds if that happened. I make a follow up appointment two months later and now I’m seeing nurse practitioner patel. She tells me that she will be seeing me from now on. She also tells me the referral for dermatology was never made. I start crying because I’ve been dealing with this issue for 5 years and no one in this area can help me. It’s insane. I start crying, she tells me since the beginning of the appointment I had an attitude. Of course I was angry. The one doctor I need to see to be able to walk on my feet didn’t do what he said he was going to do to make sure my medication was straight and I can go back to work. So she says that she made my referral to dermatology, then proceeds to get her office manager and the lady kicks me out. This place is insane. You people are playing with peoples lives and livelyhood.

If I could rate them zero Stars I would. I would not bring my dog here. Please, practice self-care by going elsewhere. Dr Patel is a lizard. Cold and unhelpful. The office staff is utterly incompetent, and don't seem to acknowledge or recognize the importance of refilling, and not interrupting a medication regimen. Please record all your phone interactions with them, as these are helpful when you inevitably have to pursue malpractice, as I am . Also don't accept any of their medications without a second opinion. Drug reps are more common than patients in that office.

Difficult to reach the precise office. Keep switching providers making it difficult to establish a relationship, therefore poor care and regard for the patient. Just my personal experience.
