The staff was very friendly but deceiving. They set me up for Stem Cell treatment but not sure it actually was Stem cell. A doctor never administered it and the maybe nurse didnt know I was getting it only a Prolozone injection. I questioned it and she oh and looked at the paperwork and said oh I'll have to get it out and warm it up. Injected me by feel no xray or sonogram or assistance of any kind going into my SI Joint. After $7,000 payment done in December and no suggestion they were closing. I called in January after getting over the Flu and Pneumonia and sick for a month I called for my last injection to find they had closed permanently.

Tried to call to get an appointment to discuss stem cell and they are no longer taking new patients. I guess when they have cured all their current patients they will start taking new ones?!

No idea but I would never recommend that place
No it does not.... i was let down after 20 years of hurting with knee pain... they. Should tell people up front that insurance does not vover it
