Ordered a dresser one week ago at the Sumter store . We needed it the following Friday. They guaranteed us it would be in the store by Friday. When we went to pick it up they hadn’t ordered it. They said they needed $1000 worth of orders before they could put the order in. We paid in full and when we requested they cancel the order and give us a refund they said they would have to charge a 20% for restocking. There was nothing to restock as it was never ordered. Then wanted us to take the one on the floor. We finally got our card credited.We will not shop there again. They are not honest. Very upset about how they conduct business. I give them a minus 10 stars!

Nice clean store to visit but make sure you have credit and all your info is up to date and if you don't have credit they have other options to get furniture but that process is a little difficult as well can have the income qualifications and still not get approved
