Super long wait. 1 hr. My phone was busted 7 hrs from home. When my turn came up finally a Female customer service agent said are you next, who is black. She looked me up and down, (woke type of negative energy, and attitude) she said uh yah, I'll get some to help you. 😒 Another ten minutes while she stood around then she went in the back and back out on the floor. Then right in front of me in earshot handed me off to the greeter who had literally stood in front of me the entire hour and ten minutes. SMH. That man was nice though. and got me into a new $1,000.00 + change, phone. And is why I'm giving 2 star not 1 star.

2022 update: the iPhone that my wife was sold was defective and Verizon refused to refund us the $750 for it. Instead they sent her to Apple hours away. She got $190 gift card for the phone at WorstBuy Apple( genius bar had no appointments). This process took hours so she just accepted the gift card. I talked to a former Verizon employee and he admitted that they’re commission based so they won’t refund you if they aren’t earning anything. That sounds like a scam to me. If you sell a defective product to a customer it should be reimbursed( Apple should reimburse Verizon or they need to eat the cost). I hate to give 1 star reviews, but Verizon was rude and unhelpful. She shouldn’t have to jump through hoops for a company to take back a defective phone. The next time I went with her and we went to a much more reasonable store. Avoid Skibo. I am a very patient and understanding person, but they argued for hours and refused to help my wife. I will not be back, I assume that the store is indeed the same bad management. The manager with brown hair standing near the door is very rude and needs additional customer service training or to work elsewhere. I didn’t understand how the appointment system worked and she loudly and in a highly obnoxious and conceited tone said that she will not take customer representatives away from other transactions and that making an appointment only means that I get to be seen first, not that I will be seen at the time that I booked online. This seems like a staffing issue and not my own. If they take walkins they should be clear that they cannot honor appointments. I politely accepted this information and stared at her in horror because her voice was appalling( she should be embarrassed, not I—the process is not transparent). Luckily the employee who did assist me was kind and reasonable. I am a loyal customer and expect better treatment. I am also a very polite and patient customer, her behavior is highly unacceptable. If I ever need to return and she is the only one available I will request a different person. I do not expect a rotten attitude when I visit Verizon: the most expensive wireless company that offers the best coverage. The one star is not for my cellphone service or the kind gentleman, but her gross lack of customer service skills.

If it's a android then go into your Google email. Go to settings and hit locate it will give you the option of either locking the phone, sending a alert to it and it will show the area the phone is in.
