You will be logged in and will be asked to get back into the car, they will call you once it's your turn. Inside you will be on a tall table with a plastic divider between you and the representative, all are required to wear a mask. There are hand sanitizers around, and the place is very clean. Overall, i was very happy with my visit. They are knowledgeable than those at their CS. Will definitely come back to do business, it's more practical and quick. Also, they follow covid safety practices quite well. You might wait for a bit as there are limited number of customers allowed inside, but it's worth it.
