I drove here before they opened the store assuming I can get my inspection done. The person said they don’t do inspections on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Not sure what logic is that. Being new to the area, I asked if any other place nearby. He said everyone in Waxhaw is booked for next weeks and I have to go Pineville. I found Valvoline just across the street doing inspection. You lost my business forever.

This is a honest and reliable team. I call and schedule appointment for 4 wheel alignment and annual inspection as my car did not do alignment for two years. When I pick up my car, Jason told me that my car is in good shape of alignment and 0.00 payment, also an alignment checking report for free. I am really impressed by their honest.
