So I've spent over $20,000 on DeWalt tools for the most part they have been good but lately they have been falling extremely short I have had a hammer drill a sawzall all cordless and skill saw that have all just completely quit within 30 days I call the company and they want me to send these tools wait weeks and weeks to get them back want to give me a hard time DeWalt needs to step up their game someone needs to read this make it right or I'm going to sell the remaining tools that I have and go buy Milwaukee I've heard they've got much better customer service!!!!!

I brought in my Dewalt LED flashlight that had stopped working on November 23. It is now July and I am still waiting on my refund. I have called and emailed them multiple times and all I ever get is “I’ll see what I can find out and I’ll get back to you”.

They sell reconditioned products. You just have to be fortunate enough to be there, whenever they are set out for sale.
I'm not sure about Makita. They do repair other brands, besides Dewalt. I would call there ahead of time and check to see if they do.
They don't carry apparel. It's a very small store. They mostly carry accessories for tools and tool boxes. They do have a great trade in policy for power tools though. You can bring them any brand (functional or not) 18v or 20v drill/impact driver and they give you a great deal on two 4ah batteries and a new tool to boot. Tools are otherwise not available here due to their need to not compete with stores that sell their brand.
The last time I was there, they had a very limited assortment of tools.
Yes, just Google DeWalt service center
Hi George, It's hard to tell what the problem is without seeing the tool ourselves. I'd advise you to bring it in to the Charlotte DEWALT Service Center located at 3557 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, NC so that they may best help you. Thanks! - Sean, DEWALT Service Customer Care
