They always answer the phone and get me right in. I often wait at the dealership, they shuttle me to the local Mall or if they need to keep my vehicle, they provide a loaner!!! They are experienced and are knowledgeable about my specific vehicle!!

Steven in the service department is the absolute best. He knows more about my car than I do! Never has there been a time where he uncharged me or pressured me for any unnecessary parts or service! I can always come in for my appointment and get back out the door well within the time quoted. If my car acts the way my service advisor does…I may not ever buy a different auto maker! #teamjohnsonvolvoforlife

A warning light came on suddenly in a friend's car. I called & spoke to Tony. He suggested I email him a picture so he could advise whether the car was safe to drive. After viewing the photo, he advised me that it indicated the hood was not fully closed. What an awesome example of superior customer service! Saved a needless trip & the cost of running diagnostics.

Service writer was polite and professional. It was a long wait but it’s a fairly nice place to sit and have a complementary drink and snack. We love the brand and would only ever take our car to this dealership. BTW, we arrived early for their first appointment on a Saturday morning. One of the guys let us in. I couldn’t believe it. In all my years of taking cars in for service at various dealerships, no one has ever done that. Johnson is a classy place.
