The Aluminum Company of North Carolina installed siding, windows, doors, gutters, and gutter helmet. And everyone who sees our 41-year-old house now is super impressed. Hired them to install gutter helmets. Along the way they also did some work on facia boards. Generally I was satisfied. Soon after water came through the ceiling right at the junction of the gutters in a problematic spot. Anyone could see that the problem was Caused by back up of water at the corner day to tree Shedding accumulation. This had always been true. Given that this has never happened before, even though it was a problematic corner, it was clear that the leakage resulted from some perforation or other disturbance of the roof and putting on the helmet. I got her helmet does in fact "flatten" the falloff angle a bit. All I really wanted them to do was look up under the shingles and seal any place that might provide standing water an opportunity to leak through. They ignored my phone calls and emails, including pictures, until I actually asked them to come as if it were a new job. Then they responded! But when they saw it was a problem they came up with a million crazy reasons it wasn't due to their work And wouldn't even help me fix it if I paid them. I had given strong recommendations to others of this company. I suppose they generally don't have problems, because they suspiciously have only five- star reviews on the website. I fell for it. Don't you!
