Overall a great an alright experience, since my last visit! I guess that the place has a whole new team, no one was familiar. The employees that was working were asking each other what went on each sandwich. Once the cashier received the order she left the store, and went outside to smoke. The guy that was asking 10,000 ?'s, once he somewhat finished the order, left and went outside and smoked a cigarette. I ended up just eating half of the order and then asking for a to go bag!

Except for a general feeling of "Oh no, I have to say 'Welcome to Firehouse Subs' again," my friend and I have a great experience. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The food was impossibly delicious! I'd go back. I WILL go back.
