Our dogs got into a fight late one night over food we had out by our bonfire. We inspected the dogs and didn’t see any major injuries that couldn’t wait until morning. We took them to well pets the next day. We live quite far away so we got there at the busiest time for them and we still only waited about an hour to an hour and a half. We just grabbed Starbucks from next door and hung out in the car. I was impressed because it was packed! The vet did a more thorough inspection and one of my dogs had a major rip inside his mouth. They were very upfront/transparent about costs and gave us lots of options to save money if we needed to. Everything was explained thoroughly and nothing was a surprise. They even let us use our care credit. She performed the surgery same day and his swelling and pain levels are SO much better just 1 day later. I will definitely use them over anyone else for my pets urgent care needs.

Just moved to the area and had not set up veterinary care for my dogs. Slight emergency with one and got recommended there. Absolutely Love em. Kind, professional, they entertain my neurotic helicopter dog mom questions. Without making me feel dumb for asking. Dr. Bell knows what she is doing! Every staff member I have talked to does! If you are in need of good care especially outside normal business hours take your pet there (unless a serious emergency. Just like human urgent care)
