Not sure if I would want to do any type of business with a gun store who enjoys making fun of customers when they walk in to the shop and are looking to purchase a firearm. A close friend of mine was made fun of because her hands are large. And to beat all the business owner was the one making fun of her. I shall quote what the business owner stated, " your hands are so large that you should go on the road and join a circus." Unfortunately for this gun shop social media as well as Google and the BBB will be made aware of this gun shops attitude toward new clients. Good job Assurance Arms and your loss as well.

The first phone call to Assurance Arms I knew I made the right choice to purchase my first pistol there! When I went in he made sure to explain why/why not each gun would be a good fit for me! Since then, I have been back 4 times to buy ammo and now purchasing my second pistol! Again, I explained what I was wanting and he made it happen!!! I can’t say enough positive about assurance arms and the amazing customer service and knowledge about guns!
