I used to buy all of my work pants here and a lot of portofino tops. I have spent a lot of money in this store in the past. They changed the cut of their pants and shirts and I don't come here as often. I still find a few cute things now and then.

This is the best store ever! Dillon's customer service is top notch. The store is always clean and his willingness to help is over the top. If I had my own company I'd want him to work with me; not for me, but with me. Express you have a jewel. Thanks Dillon for your kindness and inclusive attitude.

I have been in this Express twice in the last year. I usually just order online. Both times the staff seemed completely oblivious to my presence. Nobody was near the dressing rooms. The woman with the weird hat and mask on didn't say a word when we walked in. The other woman at the desk did not once even attempt to crack a smile. She acted as if she couldn't be bothered. I asked her for help looking for sizes and she couldn't be bothered to do that or find someone to help me do that. This store never has the size I want. There was not a single pair of size 2 jeans in the style I wanted to try on in any color in the entire store. A totally wasted 50 minute round trip. I almost bought something I didn't even want, but there was no tag on the item. I told the woman checking me out that I thought the item was on the clearance rack and asked her to come look with me. She absolutely refused. After I asked several times, I told her what she could do with that item and I left. Then she stood there telling all the other customers that I was "rude" to her over and over. The store was basically empty, so it wasn't as if they were too busy to help me. I'll never waste my time here again.
