This place is an absolute blast!! Took my 3 year old toddler and he was able to do all of the obstacles with little to no help. Great place to burn off energy for both kids and parents.

Wanted to write a review not just because we were impressed by the facilities, but because we were even more so impressed by the service--particularly Caden, who deserves some big kudos from management. If you're looking for a great place to take your kids and their friends, this place is an absolute winner. A friend recommended Uptown Jungle as a good spot for our daughter's 1st birthday party, and it proved to be a great recommendation: the play structures and activities extremely solid, well thought-out, and about as safe as you can make them; they had an "Under 5 Years Old" area for the babies and toddlers to play in with supervision (which is where we've spent 90% of our time); they let us bring our own cake and still provided all of their extras; price isn't necessarily cheap--but well worth it for what you get. Of the small group of friends who brought their kiddos to the party, half of them now go regularly. As for Caden, he was the one who helped with / oversaw the party for us, and can't say enough about how helpful he was from setup to tear-down. He was so friendly and easy to talk to, going out of his way to keep as much stress off our shoulders as possible. On top of that, a full month later, he actually recognized my wife, my daughter and I as we were coming in, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an absolutely stellar time for our second visit, too. All the employees we've met have been great, but he's been an absolute standout who we felt deserved a shout-out for some extra recognition--recognition that is very much deserved.

Yes you can bring the cake. The standard packages include great pizza from Zzeeks.
My son is 2 and a half and had a blast! He used 80% of the place. He's just too small for the climbing wall. We were there for 2 and a half hrs and i had to pry him away from this place. The toddler area is nice because the area is secure and locked so no wandering off. I would suggest packing food if you're staying a while. They have snack food like lunchables and nachos and ice cream. This place picks up once school is out so just a heads up. We love this place.
We have a toddler here and also our bigger kids. The toddler has their own area. And I see no bigger children in there.

I was given a receipt after our birthday party was all done. Didn't need to ask. Maybe the person who helped you forgot maybe?
Sadly no, due to the executive order from the governor they felt it was okay to not require masks anymore..
Adults can also go into the play areas with their kids. Be prepared to have a sore back from crouching!

An adult or guardian needs to be there, but there is no security when you are leaving. No one checking to see if your kids are yours and I left to get a drink and no one approached me asking if I was coming back or anything. I have been to this location 3-4 times
The release forms are completed via tablet at the location you visit. They are a little longer if you are bringing a few kids. However, if you visit the same location more than once your 'account' information is saved and it's much faster. Hope this helps a little
