Over the last two months, I have had a miserable experience with this place. I dropped my car off initially and was promised a 10 day turn around. Then when I called they said they were waiting for parts and would call me back. I totally get that parts are hard these days, but THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I was checking in every other day to beg and plead for info so I could plan my daily commute, only to be told "two more days" and then GHOSTED. I finally insisted on picking up the car because I didn't want it sitting around while waiting for parts. I dropped it off again last week and was promised it would be done by Friday. Still not done, zero communication from them - they didn't have the courtesy to call to let me know it wouldn't be done. We called to confirm pickup because I have learned not to trust them, and lo and behold - they have no idea what the status is. Absolutely do not recommend. Only use this place if you have the flexibility for someone to hold your car hostage for weeks and the patience to call multiple times for updates. So frustrated as I had a good experience here fixing a tire in 2018 and was hoping to be a repeat customer.

Do not go to this dealer, we travelled 45 minutes to jersey city to check out a Camaro, we are looking to buy one today and we were met with someone named Ryan. He absolutely refused to let test drive the car or even let us sit in it, we have several 6 figure + cars and he appeared to value this car like no other. Perhaps because we came in a Honda Accord? At first we were skeptical as there was a 7k mark up which is fine, but he stated “if you’re not gonna pay what we want for the car what’s the point of test driving it”…. Idk Ryan maybe because the drive will change our mind and make the mark up worth it to us. We instead called a Chevy dealer in CT and got the Camaro reserved for MSRP. Any doubt of this review please contact me I will explain in full detail.

I had a mechanical breakdown on my way to a car show in PA. Even though they were very busy, they squeezed me in and were able to fix a difficult problem and get me on the road again in a couple of hours. Thanks to Steve the Service Manager and Bob the ace Mechanic!!!

Hi all what I know is there is warranty for tire if you brought it then you have no problem to fix it anytime under the tire warranty cuz manufacturers cover bumper to bumper and engine transmission for 36000 or 3 years but not the tire

The commercial said 60$ down what's the deal with that?

It all depends on your credit. If you have good credit, chances aee youll drive out of there with a new car and low payments. It also depends on the sales price.
