The incinerator authority does not provide great service when it comes to street cleaning the vehicle and equipment they have needs to be updated and the drivers of the sweepers need better training these people who run this program do not care about doing there job correctly the streets after they sweep are still filthy .

The JCIA personnel who came out Wednesday morning, June 24, 2015 (New York Ave.) did an excellent job in cleaning and hauling away the tremendous amount of garbage and debris that had accumulated in and around a bank owned property in my neighborhood. Thank you.

No all non-essential City employee's are off today. The only City employee's, that are working today are essential personnel. I know this cause I work for the City.
TVs you have to call and schedule pick up. Old furniture I believe that you can do the same

For the poor experience, i have dealt with this complaint many times . It has to do with the labor force the subcontractor use. This causes a lack of work integrity at times. We will do better to regain yoyr co fidence in the work that happens daily that positively affects your everyday in JC.
