Worst pharmacy experience, called in a prescription. They told it’d be ready by 11, went there at 12. They didn’t have it ready, told me to come back at 2, I was cautious and called this time at 2:30, they told me they still didn’t have it ready. Told me they don’t have that medicine. Don’t go here

Absolutely livid! This was my pharmacy. Collected post surgery meds here and the pharmacist never bothered telling us there was a problem with the most important prescription. Got home before I realised. She knew we needed these and said nothing. She also wanted us to come back just for aspirin as she didn't have any... Switching pharmacies immediately and telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

Review of the drug dispensing department. Just awful. They refuse to dispense medicines on a prescription sent to them in advance. They can't find the prescription they sent. They can't explain anything, they don't know anything. What should I do if I need urgent medication?
