Remember these stores staff usually know what they are talking about. 1.This is retail, don’t expect to print for free! 2. Unless they manifest your package in their store with their shipper number, call UPS not The Ups Store, they are not the same! 3. If you have a shipping label for Amazon it need to be packaged, sealed and have the label attached. 4. These are all small businesses that typically don’t make all that much. Boo hoo pay the charge the people helping you aren’t free! 5. They can’t take FedEX, keep big post office packages AWAY, they don’t know Amazon questions. Finally, If you do not like UPS, IMAGINE WHAT THIS OWNER THINKS OF THEM so don’t review THE UPS STORE if your package is late.

Kevin and the staff here are not only welcoming and kind, but work diligently to complete each project I’ve come to them to the highest possible quality. I have a hard time understanding why this location was so rude for a simple return that should have cost nothing. I was returning an Amazon package that needed a simple barcode scan and was charged to print out a shipping label. The older gentleman waiting on me claims he was charging me for the paper, a holder, AND because he insisted he had to receive my label as an e-mail, that he was charging to “scan for viruses from my phone”. I asked for a receipt and his younger coworker(who had nothing to do with the transaction)snottily walked up and said “ I don’t know why why you’re mad at us, we are just trying to help”. He then proceeded to stare me down, which was very uncomfortable. Don’t go here if you want to be treated like a human being. These guys are rude and charge you for things they should not be charging you for. I have done similar returns at other UPS stores where the employee scans the barcode on my phone and a sticker label prints out that they stick on the return and scan. Done. This was a sad money-grab.

We are open 7 days a week. Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Sundays noon - 4:00 PM.
