I went to UPS store in Shelby—- I was sending back blinds to Amazon— the lady at the counter was very rude— The blinds was in a box- never been open— she said I would have to buy another box which she charge me $ 38.99 for a card- board box. I find this ridiculous and a shame of the greed. Disgusting place of business.
