Hello Madeline, We're very sorry to hear that your mom is having a tough time. Unfortunately, we're not able to board animals for extended periods of time. It's true that we do not euthanize healthy, adoptable animals, but that means that we have to find homes for animals that come into our care quickly. I would check with local humane organizations that have a "foster-based" network as they will have much more capacity for long-term care. Best of luck to you and your mom, Animal Services Staff
They don't have anyone to feed them. I think they need more volunteers.
Yes, they have a TNR program. They have traps but they are always gone so you may need to purchase a few traps. You can call Monday morning They'll tip their ears afterwards so in the future if they get trapped They'll know to release them instead of taking them in.
Call your county animal shelter and they will investigate your complaint.

Cat adoption is $20. Dog adoption is $40. Our cats are also available at Petsmart in Shelby.
Rabies vaccinations are available Mon-Fri from 10a-4p. No appointment is necessary. Vaccine with rabies license tag is $10.00.
