They charge you heavily for every single thing. Most ups you can go print something for free but here you pay $2.64 for ONE sheet of paper ONE sided no color. I have to pay to email you ? Ridiculous. Employees are rude and definitely hate their job whether they stay there long-term or short, heavily sighing after having to answer a simple question over the phone. Convenient location though.

The following list contains the holidays where UPS and The UPS Stores observes, are closed and will not be performing pickup or delivery services. New Year’s Day - January 1, 2019 Easter Sunday - April 21, 2019 Memorial Day - May 27, 2019 Independence Day - July 4, 2019 Labor Day - September 2, 2019 Thanksgiving Day - November 28, 2019 Christmas Day - December 25, 2019 New Year’s Day - January 1, 2020. The only exception is Columbus Day, Martin Luther King Day and Veterans Day. While these 3 are considered Federal Holidays, UPS considers it a normal business day that they operate.
